About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic VP of Client Success / Account Management to drive client growth and strengthen key partnerships. This person will not only manage strategic accounts but also lead a team of Account Managers, ensuring both business and people growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in the IT or software development industry
  • Prior experience leading a team of Account Managers or similar roles
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and technology (hands-on experience in the past is a big plus)
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel once per quarter.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US (i.e. Green card holders, TN visa holders, GC EAD, H4 EAD, U4U with EAD). We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Managers, fostering professional growth and high performance
  • Own the relationship with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner closely with Delivery, Recruiting, and Executive teams to ensure alignment and project success
  • Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
