A Typical Day The Vice President Mortgage Fulfillment will lead multiple teams with a focus of providing support across all fulfillment channels. As the VP Mortgage Fulfillment, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements or actively seek methods to streamline business processes and manage and set goals for a team. The VP Mortgage Fulfillment will: Operate risk management controls to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Oversee coordination within multiple divisions and across all areas within Pennymac to ensure consistent and proper execution Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues and work towards business solutions Develop new and more innovative, efficient processes to improve overall end to end cycle times or improve quality Responsible for communicating monthly results to Management on departmental performance objectives Preform capacity and staffing planning to ensure adequate service levels are met Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred, or equivalent direct industry experience
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Mortgage experience required
