About The Position

This role is pivotal for nurturing and expanding strategic relationships with members who are leaders in social impact and philanthropy. The individual will play a crucial role in driving member satisfaction and retention while overseeing growth initiatives through personalized engagement strategies. With a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, this position supports the development of transformative experiences for members, ensuring alignment with their strategic priorities. The leader will also foster a collaborative community among members, ultimately driving long-term organizational success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic partnerships with ownership of renewals and expansions.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives.
  • Highly developed executive presence and strong facilitation skills.
  • Experience building and executing best-in-class servicing tools or playbooks.
  • Confident people management skills within account servicing teams.
  • Commercially minded, metrics-driven approach with a focus on revenue goals.
  • Collaborative leadership style, working seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation with comfort in a fast-growing environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own UR, NRR and Growth Goals - Hold accountability for Unit Renewal and Net Revenue Retention across a portfolio of high-value members.
  • Oversee Strategic Account Servicing - Develop tailored servicing strategies that align offerings to members' evolving business and impact priorities.
  • Coach and Mentor Member Success partners - Establish high standards for account planning, renewal strategies, and member communications.
  • Shape Responsive Programming - Inform and refine programming to ensure relevance and high-quality experiences.
  • Facilitate Member Events - Create trusted spaces for dialogue and peer connection through in-person and virtual convenings.
  • Build Community - Foster peer-to-peer connections to enhance collaboration across the member network.
