The Opportunity We're looking for a VP of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function, reporting to the COO. This is a player/coach role. You'll set the strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute across demand generation, content, and events. The ideal candidate brings experience across AI or technical products, the financial services industry, and high-ACV enterprise GTM motions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, ideally spanning financial services, AI or technical products, and high-ACV enterprise go-to-market
  • Proven track record building pipeline and driving revenue in high-growth companies
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable as a player/coach - able to set strategy and roll up your sleeves to execute
  • Breadth across all areas of marketing, with depth in at least two channels: events/conferences and webinars
  • Experience hiring and managing marketing agencies and contractors
  • Fluent in modern marketing tools and platforms; able to build and optimize the tech stack as the team scales
  • Experience in or eagerness to leverage marketing AI tools to automate and scale marketing workflows

  • Familiarity with the asset management or fund administration landscape is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a repeatable lead generation engine across 4-5 channels to ensure a consistent pipeline
  • Lead both in-person and virtual events. Identify, analyze, and coordinate outcomes that generate high-quality leads with a focus on measurable ROI
  • Partner with sales to support deal progression, stepping in when needed to close the loop on marketing-generated opportunities
  • Develop and oversee our brand strategy, in partnership with the CEO and management team, to build industry trust and credibility
  • Own content and communications that resonate with our target audience. Continuously evaluate effectiveness across web, events, press, and owned channels
  • Manage external agencies and contractors to extend marketing capacity and deliver on goals
  • Build the marketing tech stack and workflows that allow the team to operate efficiently and scale
