About The Position

The Vice President, Marketing Technology will play a pivotal leadership role within Sony Pictures Entertainment's Information Technology (IT) organization, driving the vision, strategy, and execution of technology solutions that empower global marketing teams. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Distribution Technology, this executive will partner closely with cross-functional Marketing teams, senior business stakeholders, and IT leaders to align enterprise technology capabilities with strategic priorities. Operating within the IT organization, this leader will partner with other IT executives to align shared platforms, tools, and services, streamline delivery, eliminate redundancy, and maximize the value of enterprise technology investments. In partnership with key business stakeholders, they will define and deliver against a dynamic product roadmap that propels innovation, enhances marketing effectiveness, and supports scalable growth across SPE. The ideal candidate brings deep entertainment industry experience, a passion for MarTech platforms, and a proven ability to translate complex technology ecosystems into business-aligned, measurable outcomes. They are relentlessly curious and forward-thinking-on top of market and industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving audience behaviors. This leader blends strategic business acumen with hands-on technical experience, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across both IT and Marketing.
