As a Marketing Manager, you'll lead marketing efforts for AmeriHome's Delegated and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending channels. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, client acquisition, and long-term engagement through innovative and integrated marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, operations, and event management teams to deliver impactful campaigns and experiences that support business growth. The ideal candidate will focus on marketing strategies to acquire new mortgage banking clients, nurture existing relationships, and re-engage prior clients to drive long-term growth and customer lifetime value. Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns. Manage marketing communications projects. Conduct market research and analyzing campaign performance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Oversee a marketing team. Manage marketing regulatory compliance controls and testing processes. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across Delegated and Non-Delegated Correspondent Lending. Elevate and maintain brand consistency across all platforms, communications, and client touchpoints. Partner with sales and operations leaders to create targeted campaigns that drive client growth and retention. Collaborate with Event Management to plan and execute industry events, sponsorships, and trade group engagements. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, product announcements, branded merchandise, and media outreach. Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Support the development of sales tools and partner programs that enhance client acquisition and retention. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on innovation, accountability, and measurable results. Manage website resources, tracking tools, and client acquisition features to ensure relevance and usability. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.
