Job Description Job Description Excellent opportunity for an up and coming lawyer to join a dynamic organization. You will be part of an established professional team of legal counsels providing legal advice to the Bank and its group of companies (Group). Your key responsibilities include: Providing advisory support on data privacy matters, monitoring compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act Providing legal support in various areas, including data privacy, wholesale /retail banking transactions, operational matters and regulatory compliance. Specific coverage of segments and products will be allocated from time to time. Drafting, reviewing and hands-on negotiation of diverse multi-jurisdictional commercial documents and agreements Drafting and implementing legal policies and guidelines Engaging key stakeholders including business teams, product, operations, compliance, external legal counsel etc. Developing legal solutions that address not only legal but also regulatory and reputational risk as well as compliance with the Group policies and guidelines. Requirements The successful candidate should possess: At least 3 years of corporate legal experience gained from a combination of private practice and in-house roles, with experience in data privacy matters being an advantage Prior experience in drafting, review and negotiation of legal agreements. A degree in law from a recognized university Self-motivated, confident, independent and prepared to work hard with a strong track record in managing a broad range of legal issues Excellent writing and communication skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Resourceful and able to work under pressure to meet competing demands. Requirements

• At least 3 years of corporate legal experience gained from a combination of private practice and in-house roles, with experience in data privacy matters being an advantage
