The VP of Journey Marketing drives business outcomes by achieving success with customers at any stage in their journey of experiencing Life360…from the first time they arrive at our website or app store listing through marketing they may receive many years into their usage of our services. Key teams and functions you will guide include web/eCommerce, journey enablement (including tech teams), and lifecycle and member marketing. You will partner deeply with other marketing leaders across creative and social, product marketing, integrated marketing, comms and international marketing. Outside of marketing, you will also partner with critical functional teams (e.g. data science and analytics, design, finance, etc.) and product/eng teams (e.g. subscription growth, devices, etc.) to achieve shared objectives. Your performance is directly connected to the company’s key goals (brand, free user growth, financial) and this will be an exciting, high visibility role within the organization.
