We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of IT Enterprise Applications, ERP and Architecture to lead enterprise strategy and execution across these critical functions. This leader will help define and drive our SAP and enterprise application strategy, partner with executives and business unit leaders to identify high value opportunities, and establish technology roadmaps that enable growth and innovation. The role requires a rare blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise, serving as both architect and day-to-day driver of global platform initiatives that position Repligen for long-term success

Requirements

  • 20+ years in technology leadership with proven success driving complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Deep expertise of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.), and integration best practices. Experience and track record of SAP migrations and transformations.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM platform and applications
  • Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
  • Expertise in key applications for QMS, PLM, MES,CRM, HR, Finance
  • Deep knowledge of application architecture, cloud/on-premise environments, and enterprise systems integration.
  • Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
  • Strong balance of leadership and hands-on implementation; ability to translate vision into practical outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading global application initiatives within biotech and/or bioprocessing industries strongly preferred.
  • SAP and Salesforce certifications are a significant asset

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CIO and business unit heads to define and execute the company's application strategy and roadmaps in support of business growth and digital transformation goals. .
  • Enterprise Applications Oversight: Lead the full lifecycle of business-critical applications, ensuring seamless integration, functionality, and alignment with user and business requirements.
  • Technology Architecture: Develop and enforce modern application and data architecture principles, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Serve as the connection point across IT, data, and business domains, ensuring that systems and data platforms are cohesive, interoperable, and value-generating.
  • Project Execution: Drive complex, global IT initiatives with clear planning, strong governance, and business alignment—delivering impactful results on time and within budget.
  • Business Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating strategic needs into prioritized IT and data initiatives.
  • Process Maturity: Enhance internal development and deployment processes, from ideation through production support, to increase agility and scalability.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Define KPIs and track performance across all applications initiatives to ensure accountability and measurable impact.
  • Proven experience deploying enterprise solutions in areas such as HR, Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, and internal operations.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and cutover activities to ensure a seamless implementation
  • Willing and able to travel as needed to global manufacturing sites and business units.
