Responsibilities

  • Support capital-raising for commingled funds, SMAs, co-investments, and bespoke mandates.
  • Oversee comprehensive DDQ and RFP responses, consultant questionnaires, data-room population, and ongoing documentation updates.
  • Coordinate with investment teams, Compliance, and Finance to prepare data-driven materials that withstand deep institutional due diligence.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of performance metrics, valuation methodologies, and key fund KPIs.
  • Participate directly in LP diligence calls and meetings.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, market content, and competitive positioning related to private markets, private credit, and alternative strategies.
  • Help refine the firm’s narrative and investor communication strategy as the platform scales.
  • Drive process improvements in IR systems, CRM, and reporting workflows.
