About The Position

At Molson Coors, we take on big challenges and defy the status quo. With a proud legacy, a diverse portfolio spanning beer, seltzers, spirits, and non‑alcohol brands, and a bold vision for the future, we are transforming what it means to be a modern beverage company. This transformation requires leaders who are curious, resilient, and energized by complexity. We seek individuals who value diverse perspectives, collaborate deeply, and believe the best outcomes are achieved together. Crafted Highlights: The Vice President of Investor Relations is a strategic leadership role and a key member of the Global Finance Leadership Team. The VP of Investor Relations will help reframe Molson Coors’ equity narrative, build confidence with long‑term investors, reduce hedge‑fund‑driven volatility, and translate a multi‑year strategy into clear near‑ and medium‑term proof points. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, CEO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors. Molson Coors is a publicly traded company with a strong balance sheet, a challenged legacy core business, and a complex industry backdrop—making this a high‑impact role for a seasoned capital markets leader.
