Great Opportunity The Investor Relations Specialist will play an important role in helping strengthen investor engagement, support fundraising efforts, coordinate reporting materials, and ensure a high-quality experience for current and prospective investors. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with excellent organization, sound judgment, and a polished professional presence. The base salary for this position is between $95,000 - $105,000 annually.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft polished, professional investor-facing content independently.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with cloud-based platforms and CRM tools as well as generative AI models such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Detail orientation that extends to data integrity, document formatting, and communications quality.
  • Professional demeanor and sound judgment when communicating with investors, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, asset management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with or demonstrated ability to learn investor portal platforms.
  • Experience contributing to CRM hygiene and pipeline management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Juniper Square, SP's investor portal, ensuring all investor profiles, fund entities, and access permissions are accurately configured and maintained.
  • Manage investor onboarding, including document collection, entity verification, and portal access.
  • Maintain data integrity across the platform; conduct regular audits to ensure investor records, fund allocations, and document libraries are current and accurate.
  • Troubleshoot investor access issues and serve as the first point of contact for portal-related support requests.
  • Monitor and manage the investor relations email alias, triaging inbound inquiries and routing requests to the appropriate team members with a high standard of responsiveness.
  • Draft, format, and distribute all investor-facing communications — including quarterly letters, capital call and distribution notices, fund updates, and ad hoc correspondence — in strict adherence to SP brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with the Tax and Portfolio Management teams to gather and synthesize portfolio performance data, financial reporting, and investor tax documentation (including K-1s) for timely distribution.
  • Maintain a communications calendar to track recurring reporting obligations and ensure all materials are reviewed and approved ahead of deadlines
  • Support the execution of the company’s investor relations strategy across current and prospective investor audiences.
  • Manage and qualify inbound investor leads, ensuring all prospect inquiries are logged, followed up on, and moved through the pipeline in coordination with the Head of Private Capital.
  • Maintain and continuously improve SP's investor and prospect CRM, ensuring contact records, interaction history, and pipeline stages are accurate and actionable for leadership.
  • Facilitate introductory outreach and warm-up calls to prospective investors on behalf of the Head of Private Capital, helping to open new relationships and advance the fundraising pipeline.
  • Prepare briefing materials, background summaries, and meeting prep content ahead of investor calls and conferences.
  • Coordinate all investor calls, webinars, and meetings for the Head of Private Capital and Portfolio Manager — including scheduling, logistics, agenda. preparation, dial-in setup, and follow-up materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, including annual meetings and update calls.
  • Track investor engagement activities and maintain a log of touchpoints to support relationship management across the investor base.
