The Investor Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of Tailwind Group’s investor engagement strategy. This individual will coordinate investor events, prepare communications, and maintain organized investor data. A successful Investor Relations Specialist will be highly detailed and operationally focused, ensure investor interactions, materials, and experiences are delivered with professionalism, accuracy, and consistency, and understand that this role is critical to the growth and reputation of Tailwind Group. This is a full-time position working a standard schedule, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm. Nights or weekends may be required from time to time dependent on business needs. The compensation range for this position is $51,000 - $63,000 plus bonus potential. This range is determined by current market data based on the position requirements and complexities. Final offers of employment will be based on multiple factors including candidate education, skills, experience, and location.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
Three or more years of experience in a marketing, event management, or communications focused role.
Experience in investor relations and/or real estate is preferred.
High attention to detail and the ability to remain organized while handling multiple projects.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
Excellent customer service skillsets and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
Ability to implement innovative solutions and continuously improve processes.
Take full ownership of decisions and outcomes, demonstrating integrity in all situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to design and create clear, concise, and creative marketing materials.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and/or other design tools is highly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute investor-focused events under the direction of the Investor Relations Manager.
Manage all logistical components of events including: Travel arrangements and schedules Meeting coordination and confirmation Venue set up, catering, and vendor communication
Prepare marketing materials and ensure all event collateral is accurate and on brand.
Serve as the logistical lead for Tailwind-sponsored charitable initiatives.
Coordinate schedules, materials, and communication with partner organizations.
Ensure Tailwind Group is represented professionally and consistently at each charitable event.
Assist in the planning of investor engagement opportunities centered around sporting events.
Coordinate associated travel, ticket distribution, and attendee communication.
Administer investor surveys and the feedback collection process.
Manage the SurveyMonkey platform and create and distribute surveys as directed.
Maintain accurate investor records and updates within Juniper Square.
Support development and distribution of investor communications in collaboration with the Investor Relations Manager.
Prepare content and manage delivery through the Constant Contact platform including “coming soon” teasers, weekly updates, acquisition announcements, and quarterly investor letters.
Assist in developing high-quality marketing materials including offering memorandums, overviews, newsletters, and branded swag and promotional items.
Draft and format materials for review, ensuring consistency with Tailwind branding and templates.
Help consolidate investor data from multiple spreadsheets into Juniper Square.
Maintain organized contact records to improve targeting and communication during capital raises.
Assist in tracking return-of-capital communications and investor updates.
