Job Overview: The Vice President, Integrated Marketing Management will lead key organizational initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration, measurable outcomes, and exemplary project management. This role helps manage resource planning, vendor effectiveness, talent engagement activities, client activities, reporting, analytics, and more. The ideal candidate will have the skills needed to collaborate across multiple business lines, functions, and agency partners - forming and nurturing tightly knit teams aligned around shared core objectives. This role requires a high degree of agility and comfort with unexpected activities. Often, projects will emerge quickly and demand a well-executed playbook to guide audience messaging, core deliverables, and measurable outcomes. While supported by a cross-functional team, this role will lead in driving action and results. In supporting the integrated management needs of the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and the Marketing, Communications and Experiences Leadership Team, the ideal candidate will be process-oriented yet flexible enough to maintain pace in a fast-moving environment. They will bring creative ideas to enhance team building, operational effectiveness, time-saving practices, and employee engagement. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational habits, strong communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and agile thinking—with a willingness to proactively solve problems and take on emerging opportunities. You will report to our Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and collaborate daily with business partners, clients, and colleagues across the Marketing, Communications and Experiences (MCX) organization. Your success will be measured by the KPIs that reflect the firm’s investment in MCX as well as employee engagement results that represent the overall effectiveness of MCX’s leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a strategic or operational role within marketing and/or communications, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
  • 8+ years’ experience in multichannel marketing with fluency in campaign planning, journey mapping, integrating martech, data, people, and processes.
  • 8+ years’ experience within a regulated industry, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex matters and excel at storytelling across multiple stakeholders.
  • 6+ years’ experience working in a Fortune 500 or other large, dynamic company.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Resilient, hard-working, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Manage the integrated MCX strategy aligned with the firm’s success pillars and track outcomes through disciplined reporting and analytics. Develop communication plans that ensure organizational alignment with the strategy.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Vendor Management and Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within the marketing and communications organization and with key vendor partners to ensure fast, effective response times and high-quality, error-free output. Remove friction from the system and help shape the perception that the organization is easy to work with and brings incremental value to the firm.
  • Marketing Analytics, Insights and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and metrics to deliver insights and recommendations or improvement. Finalize quarterly scorecards and refine dashboard reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Talent Management: Provide inclusive, growth-focused people leadership by managing and developing direct reports, setting clear expectations, coaching for performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Special Projects: Handle special projects and initiatives that require discretion, premium quality, and quick turnarounds.
