The Role Are you passionate about recognizing risks before they become issues while assisting business partners in creating strategies that protect our organization? The Risk team is seeking a proactive, risk-minded professional to help drive efforts to formalize a firmwide insider trust program. This program will develop a coordinated approach to identifying and managing insider risks by connecting various insider risk activities that are performed across the firm and developing a centralized governance structure and technology strategy / data correlation focused on data loss, IP theft, fraud, workplace violence indicators, sabotage, and policy violations. Reporting to the Head of HR Risk & Compliance and Insider Trust, this position will drive a risk-based operating model that balances employee privacy, legal obligations and business enablement.
