TMPC Inc. is actively recruiting an Insider Threat Program Manager with an active Top-Secret SCI with Counterintelligence Scope Poly. This position is in support of the United States Marine Corp Insider Threat Team and is contingent upon award 2. 8 years of Program Management, Insider Threat Investigation, Risk Management experience. Experience briefing Military and Government leadership at the Commander and Chief of Staff level. Experience as a Counterintelligence Special Agent, 1811 Special Agent, LE, or All Source/CI/LE Analyst. 3. PMP certification and CCITP-F/A are desirable or be able to obtain within two years of hire. 4. The PM will Manage the United States Marine Corp Insider Threat team. Help design and implement Insider Threat Strategies and TTP’s. Utilize User Activity Monitoring analysts, tools and User Behavior Analytics to detect, deter, and mitigate insider threats. Be proficient in those tools to develop UAM policies for those insider threat tool for less false positive events. Be Able to relay insider threats and risks to leadership, Security Offices, Behavioral Health Professionals, Information Technology/Assurance personnel. Be able to relay case information to and from the Insider Threat Hub and act on time sensitive, high priority, potential insider threats to leadership and the Hub with actionable analytical information.

Requirements

  • 8 years of Program Management, Insider Threat Investigation, Risk Management experience.
