While our offices (physical and virtual) are casual and inviting, we are deeply committed to our core tenets of creativity, innovation and efficiency, and individual and team development opportunities. Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions. Your scope covers the core infrastructure stack: the global network backbone, cloud architecture across AWS/Azure/GCP, identity and access management, and the backend engineering of our enterprise SaaS portfolio. You'll lead the teams that design, build, and evolve these systems. More specifically: Network and connectivity includes WAN/LAN architecture, SD-WAN, wireless engineering, and zero-trust segmentation. You'll own the design principles; operations will handle day-to-day monitoring. Cloud and compute covers landing zone architecture, IaC standards, FinOps discipline, and hybrid infrastructure strategy. You'll define how we use cloud, not just that we use it. Identity and directory services means Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO federation, and PKI. You own the source of truth for access across the enterprise. Internal developer platform (IDP) is where platform product management meets platform engineering. You’ll shape the self-service capabilities that let internal teams provision infrastructure, deploy workloads, and consume shared services without bottlenecks. This means leading the roadmap, not just the operations. Developer enablement stack includes the tools that power how our studios build games: Perforce, GitHub, Jenkins, and similar version control, CI/CD, and build infrastructure. You’ll ensure these systems are reliable, scalable, and well-integrated so development teams can focus on creating rather than fighting their tools. SaaS application ecosystem covers backend configuration and integration architecture for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and the many other tools that enable diverse teams across the business. You manage the tenant layer: security policies, API governance, license optimization, and the integrations that tie these platforms together. Not helpdesk, but engineering. AI and emerging technology requires technical governance for generative AI tools. You'll work closely with InfoSec and Legal to enable these capabilities safely, balancing innovation with data protection. The platform vision we're pursuing only works if infrastructure is something people trust and choose to use. That requires technical excellence, obviously. But it also requires someone who can operate as a partner to the business: not a gatekeeper, not a bottleneck, but a builder of capabilities that make other teams more effective. If you've been waiting for a role where you can combine deep technical leadership with real organizational influence, this is it.
