The Vice President of Human Resources will be a key member of the People Team, serving as a strategic partner to the Chief People Officer and senior leadership, while remaining deeply hands-on in day-to-day HR operations. This leader will help shape Wonder’s people strategy, organizational design, and culture as the company continues to grow and scale. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute it. You’ll act as an HR Business Partner to designated teams, coach leaders to be more effective, manage complex employee relations matters with empathy and discretion, and help drive initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and retention. You’ll also lead or contribute to cross-functional people projects—such as refining our performance management processes, enhancing total rewards and benefits, improving HR systems and analytics, or designing new programs (e.g., leadership development, or onboarding). This is a high-impact role for an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves wearing multiple hats.
