About The Position
The Vice President, HR Operations is responsible for modernizing, transforming, and scaling Envision’s Human Resource operating model. This role oversees HR operations, technology, payroll, and workforce analytics. This role ensures HR operations, technology, payroll, analytics, and workforce data enable the organization’s business strategy while delivering a reliable, high‑trust experience for clinicians, teammates and leaders.
