Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly capable HR Leader for a once in a lifetime opportunity to build out the HR team and provide support to Parson’s soon to be awarded FAA Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) program. As part of this effort, Team Parsons is partnering closely with the FAA to modernize the national air traffic control system. This role is perfect for a proactive, mission oriented hands-on leader who is ready to develop and implement impactful HR solutions aligned with the program strategy. The FAA HR Leader will report to Federal Solutions Senior Vice President of HR and work closely with Team Parsons Program leadership and management teams. The successful candidate will have a hybrid work arrangement and be expected to attend frequent in person meetings in Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. They will also be expected to occasionally travel to other U.S. locations as required. This position is part of our Corporate team.
