About The Position

The Vice President, Transformation will serve as the enterprise transformation leader for the Technology, Data, AI & Ventures organization. This role is accountable for shaping and executing the transformation agenda that modernizes operating models, accelerates delivery, strengthens execution discipline, and enables scalable growth aligned to business strategy. Acting as a strategic partner to the SVP & COO, the VP will translate vision into execution, orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology, data, AI, workforce, vendors, and operating governance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep judgment, influence, and the ability to drive outcomes in a highly matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale technology process and delivery transformations.
  • In depth understanding of technology, data, and AI operating models.
  • Experience driving workforce, vendor, and operating model change.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive change.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation.

Nice To Haves

  • Financial services experience is preferred.
  • Experience modernizing and transforming legacy technology environment is highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end operational transformation roadmap for Technology, Data & AI.
  • Drive workforce transformation objectives and support senior leaders in their workforce strategies.
  • Translate strategic objectives into executable programs with clear milestones and value metrics.
  • Design and implement modern operating models.
  • Establish execution rigor through governance and prioritization frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards across portfolios.
  • Stand up strong transformation governance.
  • Track benefits realization and financial impact.
  • Proactively mitigate execution and change risks.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing transformation team while instilling a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to influence business, technology, finance, and HR.
