About The Position

The VP, Head of People Solutions and Digital Innovation leads a global organization that delivers exceptional service to our 40,000+ employees while driving comprehensive HR technology strategy initiatives. This executive role serves as the foundation for our worldwide employee experience through integrated People Services, Regional People Advisors, and scalable HR technology platforms. The leader is accountable for continuously evolving, enhancing, and modernizing our solutions ecosystem to meet emerging business demands. This executive partners strategically with senior leadership to align organizational needs with technology investments, identifying and executing transformative people and technology initiatives while overseeing enterprise-wide HR technology implementations. Positioned at the forefront of digital HR transformation, this role leads high-performing global teams across People Services operations, shared service delivery, and scalable technology solutions that enable sustainable business growth, advanced workforce analytics, and organizational change management at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field with 12+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven track record leading large-scale HR technology transformations and AI implementation initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise in HR technology platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar, along with AI/ML technologies including natural language processing, predictive analytics, or machine learning frameworks
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value and ROI
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite executives
  • Experience with data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and ethical AI frameworks in HR contexts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in financial services or regulated industries with understanding of compliance requirements and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and modern data architecture including data lakes, APIs, and integration platforms
  • Track record of driving organizational change management and digital adoption across large, geographically distributed teams
  • Advanced certifications in relevant technologies, project management (PMP, Agile), or HR technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead global People Solutions strategy and digital transformation initiatives, while embedding AI adoption and automation of technologies that enhance employee experience
  • Oversee People Services operations and delivery, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence across HR shared services, case management, and employee support functions while continuously improving KPIs and SLAs
  • Drive the strategic development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives that modernize HR processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance employee experience
  • Partner with Digital Technology Services and AI+ People Strategy team to develop and implement AI-first enhancements across core HR processes
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and deploy HR technology solutions that support business growth and decision making, maintaining data privacy, security, compliance standards, and strong data integrity
  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices for HR technology implementation and People Solutions support, ensuring responsible and transparent use of technology
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and ethical AI practices, with focus on stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.
