About the Role Turn/River is seeking a VP, GTM Effectiveness to work directly with our portfolio companies to design, build, and continuously improve their go‑to‑market (GTM) organizations. This role sits at the intersection of people, structure, and performance, with a primary focus on Sales, Sales Enablement, and broader Revenue teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to CEOs and GTM leaders, helping them translate growth goals into the right org design, talent strategy, leadership capabilities, and operating rigor. The mandate is simple but demanding: build GTM teams that scale faster and perform better. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in ambiguity, and has deep empathy for the realities of high‑growth B2B SaaS GTM teams.
