Agora is entering its next phase of growth, and we’re looking for a hands-on sales leader to build and scale our revenue engine. As VP of Global Sales, you’ll own everything related to revenue execution, from pipeline generation to closing to expansion. You’ll lead a growing team across SDRs, AEs, sales leadership, and enablement, and help us evolve from a high-velocity SMB/mid-market motion into a more mature, multi-segment SaaS organization (including enterprise). This is a builder role. You won’t just manage a team, you’ll shape how we sell.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record scaling high-growth SaaS companies
  • Deep experience in high-velocity sales environments (SDR-driven pipeline, strong AE productivity)
  • Experience building and managing multi-layered sales orgs
  • Strong enterprise sales background
  • Data-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable going deep into the funnel
  • A builder who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Israeli founders or global teams
  • Background in vertical SaaS (real estate, fintech, financial tools)
  • Experience implementing AI or automation in sales processes

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive ARR growth across SMB, mid-market, and emerging enterprise segments
  • Build a predictable, scalable revenue engine with strong pipeline and conversion discipline
  • Improve AE productivity, quota attainment, and overall sales efficiency
  • Scale and lead the sales org (SDRs, AEs, Sales Engineering, Enablement, leadership)
  • Hire, develop, and coach high-performing sales leaders
  • Establish best-in-class forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Build and refine our enterprise sales motion and playbooks
  • Partner closely with Marketing on pipeline generation and ICP focus
  • Work with Product to bring market feedback into roadmap and positioning
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion and upsell across the customer base
