About The Position

The VP, Global Rewards & Performance Management leads the global strategy, design, and governance of broad-based compensation, incentives, recognition, and enterprise performance management. This leader oversees global salary structures, job architecture, rewards programs, and all broad-based incentive and recognition frameworks, ensuring programs drive performance, attract and retain talent, and reinforce organizational capability building. The role partners closely with Talent, Finance, HR, and business leaders to maintain a competitive, equitable, and performance-driven global rewards ecosystem. Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in global compensation or total rewards with expertise in incentives and recognition.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global compensation strategy including salary structures, job architecture, and annual compensation cycles.
  • Design and govern broad-based incentive programs across annual, sales, non-sales, and project-based incentives.
  • Oversee global recognition programs that reinforce culture, performance, and engagement.
  • Ensure rewards systems support capability building, mobility, and transparent career pathways.
  • Maintain global compensation and incentive policies and governance.
  • Oversee benchmarking, competitiveness analyses, internal equity, and compensation modeling.
  • Lead annual merit, incentive planning, and rewards budgeting across regions.
  • Ensure incentive programs align with financial guardrails, pay philosophy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with HRIS to optimize systems supporting incentive plan administration, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Lead global performance management strategy and execution, linking outcomes directly to rewards and incentives.
  • Build performance processes that drive accountability, differentiation, and a reward-for-performance culture.
  • Equip HR and leaders with tools, training, and communications for consistent performance and incentive decisions.
  • Advise HR and business leaders on incentive design, rewards strategy, and performance alignment.
  • Provide insights and recommendations during talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational design.
  • Partner with Finance and Workforce Planning on incentive budgeting, forecasting, and workforce implications.
  • Lead and develop a global rewards and performance team grounded in innovation, analytical rigor, and operational excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships across Talent, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure cohesive enterprise execution.
