About The Position

LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President, Frontline Transformation Strategy and Executive Reporting, to champion and drive change across our frontline functions to include Operations, Contact Center, Supervision, and Risk & Compliance. This leader will be responsible for helping set, execute, and drive accountability to deliver on a multi-year transformation strategy, roadmap and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transformation, change management, project management, and process improvement within financial services.
  • Consulting experience at a top firm preferred.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills; expert in PowerPoint and Excel for executive-level presentations.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaborative mindset, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and driving complex initiatives.
  • Up to 5% travel.

  • Strong analytical thinker who can understand and translate between concepts, frameworks strategy, and execution plans

Responsibilities

  • Lead Transformation Strategy: Define and maintain the vision, roadmap, and reporting routines for Frontline Transformation; own key initiatives and provide program management support.
  • Executive Reporting: Develop and execute a cadence for reporting to senior leadership (Board, CEO, President), ensuring accuracy and clarity of data-driven insights for oversight and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders, act as a trusted advisor, and facilitate workshops to align strategies and enable business objectives.
  • Drive Outcomes: Collaborate across functions to anticipate needs, solve complex challenges, and ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable impact.
