Focus on overall project management execution and acting as the lead professional on client engagements, to actively contribute to the growth and development of the practice. Lead discussions, negotiate engagement documents, and participate in business and financial due diligence sessions. Strategically analyze and enhance both financial and operational performance to drive new business initiatives and successfully execute complex financial valuation assignments. Actively engage in client interactions, and networking with prospects to build revenue producing relationships, contributing to the growth and development of the practice. Serve a critical role in presenting comprehensive analyses and conclusions internally and externally to our clients. Assist in building and reviewing complex financial models, quality control, execution, and industry consultation. Provide oversight to Financial Analysts and Associates on valuation engagements, providing appropriate guidance on methodologies and assumptions to produce client-ready valuation reports.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a closely related field plus 3 years of post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any finance-related job titles.
  • 3 years of experience must include: (1) financial modeling and building and implementing complex models, (2) financial statements analysis including discounted cash flow, (3) conducting financial due diligence and analytics (4) preparing reports and presentations including graphic and written sections to internal and external audiences.
