About The Position

Founded in 1967, ImageFIRST ® is a leading healthcare services organization. Acquired by private equity firm Calera Capital in 2018 and subsequently recapitalized in 2023 through a continuation fund vehicle, ImageFIRST has undergone rapid growth in its transformation as the largest national healthcare linen rental and laundry services provider. The Company serves 25,000+ outpatient and hospital customers through a nationwide network that includes 85 sites and 650 delivery routes. The leaders in infection prevention, ImageFIRST prides itself on improving both staff and patient experiences through a premium product offering and white-glove service model. In this highly visible senior role, you w il l serve as a true strategic business partner to the Region Vice President and Division CFO. You will be embedded in the business — not behind the scenes — leading financial strategy and planning , driving a financial operating rhythm and guiding key decision-making . Covering six production facilities and ten distribution points in key markets across the South Atlantic region, your work will directly influence patient care quality, cost optimization and customer experiences . The ideal candidate will have a deep finance background, exceptional leadership and collaboration skills and a demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership .

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance , a ccounting, or a related field
  • At least 7 - 10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong focus on FP&A in a corporate or multi-site environment
  • A sharp, strategic mindset — able to see both the big picture and the financial details
  • Confidence working directly with senior leaders — you're not afraid to speak up, challenge assumptions, and guide decisions
  • Outstanding analytical skills — you make data clear, actionable, and impactful
  • Thrives in a high growth, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner at the highest levels: C ollaborate with the Region al V ice P residents and CFO to set financial strategy, uncover growth opportunities, and solve operational challenges.
  • Bring insights to life: Use data to tell compelling stories — identifying risks, highlighting opportunities, and driving better decisions around pricing, customer profitability, and market expansion.
  • Standardize and streamline: Help drive a consistent operating rhythm across locations with unified KPIs, clear business reviews, and actionable reporting.
  • Advise local leaders: Be the go-to finance voice on the ground — guiding site leaders on capital investments, labor planning , and go-to-market strategy.
  • Own the numbers: Lead the regional budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes in collaboration with site operations and the extended Finance team.
  • Prepare leadership for what’s next: Contribute to monthly and quarterly reports and help shape the insights presented to senior management and the Board of Directors.
