Position Overview This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent Experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Healthcare.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services.
