The Vice President, Employer Business Group Development and Sales, will play a pivotal role in expanding a new business group within MedeAnalytics. This group offers a comprehensive, innovative platform that provides employers, brokers, and advisors with actionable insights into healthcare spending, tools to manage costs, and the ability to customize benefits for unique employee sub-populations. This role will collaborate closely with MedeAnalytics’ General Manager, Employer Solutions and Platform, to establish and lead both channel and direct sales efforts targeting self-funded employers, advisors, captives, and broker customers. Critical skills include: A deep understanding of healthcare trends, benefits decision-making processes, economics, data analytics and the broader healthcare ecosystem. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a dynamic and accomplished professional to shape and lead the first unified healthcare benefits management and optimization platform shifting benefits planning from reactive reporting to proactive strategic management.
