The Vice President of Employee Enablement will lead the strategy, design, and execution of programs that empower Infor employees to maximize their potential, pursue meaningful career growth, and deepen engagement - all in alignment with our corporate vision and priorities. Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, this leader will champion the adoption of functional and professional skills, improve product and industry knowledge, advance supervisor enablement, and scale impactful programs to strengthen Infor's culture of continuous learning, self-actualization, and principled contribution.
