Requirements

  • Goal oriented, resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills.

  • Strategic thinker and pragmatic executor with the ability to conceptualise, develop, and deliver strategic initiatives
  • Strong track record delivering business or digital change initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Skilled in impact assessment, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness management
  • Degree in banking, business management or any business-adjacent fields.
  • At least 10 years banking experience with 5 years of experience in change management role.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of new strategic digital initiatives and capabilities, features and channels across the Private Bank.
  • Develop and implement adoption strategies to accelerate frontline and customer uptake.
  • Conduct impact assessments and evaluate organisational, operational, and stakeholder readiness for upcoming changes.
  • Create enablement materials, including training materials, user guides, FAQs and standard operating procedures.
  • Design and execute targeted communications and engagement plans for frontline and support teams to ensure smooth change adoption.
  • Partner with PB Academy to deliver structured, relevant and timely training programs.
  • Oversee go‑live readiness, including cutover planning, deployment coordination, and issue management.
  • Monitor adoption performance, user feedback and behavioural metrics to proactively identify gaps and necessary interventions.
