About The Position

CLEAR is looking for a VP, Corporate Memberships to build and aggressively scale our corporate sales channel for CLEAR+. This is a revenue-driving B2B2C leadership role with substantial white space and immediate opportunity. CLEAR’s brand power and enterprise credibility create a unique opportunity to build a scaled corporate memberships platform from the ground up. This role is about converting that strategic advantage into a leading corporate channel and sales organization designed to deliver durable, multi-year growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B2C or corporate sales, preferably within a subscription, travel, and/or consumer facing business
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in high-growth, scaling or subscription businesses with a technical product
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to translate product capabilities into differentiated enterprise value propositions that win large, multi-year deals
  • Demonstrated success in building high performing teams oriented to business development goals and customer success
  • Relentless drive and ownership mentality - you operate with urgency, embrace ambition, and consistently outperform bold revenue targets
  • Builder’s mindset - you set a high bar, attract top talent, create accountability, and drive performance in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale CLEAR’s corporate membership function: defining the business development and pricing strategy, funnel development and segmentation, sourcing motion, and end-to-end go-to-market strategy
  • Use CLEAR’s robust brand presence to build a disciplined, high-converting revenue engine through structured outbound strategy, rigorous qualification, and systematic account penetration
  • Develop compelling enterprise value propositions, pricing models, packaging strategies, and ROI frameworks in close partnership with Finance, Product and Marketing teams to win competitive deals and unlock scaled distribution
  • Build a top-tier business development team to execute against strategies and deliver plans
  • Implement rigorous forecasting, reporting, and operating discipline to create transparency, predictability, and accountability across the entire enterprise pipeline
