This is a critical, senior-level role that will directly influence our finance roadmap and operational efficiency as we continue to grow organically and integrate with our parent company, CBRE. This is a hybrid role, based in New York City. Reporting to CBRE's Controller - Building Operations and Experience (BOE), Americas, with a dotted line to the Industrious CFO, you will lead a global team of 30, with six direct reports based in New York, London, and Singapore. You will be a key player in navigating a dynamic, high-growth environment while ensuring a seamless connection to the financial governance and reporting of a large, publicly traded company. You’ll be joining and leading a close-knit group of high-performing, fun-loving, karaoke-singing (participation not required!) finance and accounting professionals. We are lovingly known as ‘the moneybees’ and have a fantastic team culture and enviable bespoke sweatshirts. Our team mirrors the Industrious culture - we put people first, always assume positive intent with our colleagues, and go out of our way to embrace the Industrious values (head, heart, hands) with our own ‘moneybee’ flair. One of the high points of our year is the team offsite, where we take a couple of days to connect with one another, have fun, and lean in on the strategic vision for the coming year. You never know what fun surprises our CFO has up his sleeve. For example, we stayed in a castle for our 2025 Finance team offsite! There will likely be putt-putt, pub trivia, lots of laughter, great food, and amazing memories.
