YOUR MISSION You’re a strategic heavyweight with a winning track record — someone who’s led strategy on work that has gotten noticed (awards/PR) and driven growth for clients (results). You’re a key leader on the team and in the agency, a mentor to sharp thinkers, and a bridge-builder across creative, account, and media teams. You also play well with others and collaborate with our sister agency Rise (media) and parent company Quad. You elevate work. You challenge assumptions. You make people give a damn about strategic ideas — and help them come to life in ways that matter. You’re also excited to modernize how we work — including innovating with AI and our proprietary data stack to make strategy faster, smarter, and more impactful

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategy experience, ideally agency-side.
  • Proven record of award-winning, growth-driving work.
  • A strong, inspiring storyteller.
  • A generous collaborator and mentor.
  • Fluent in data and curious about AI.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy that inspires work clients and culture notice — work with impact, not filler.
  • Lead thinking on consumer behavior, category disruption, and cultural truth.
  • Set strategic standards that raise the bar across the agency.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Account, and Media teams.
  • Push teams beyond the obvious.
  • You ensure that our new business narratives are data driven, compelling and have a cohesive and connected story
  • You have demonstrated the ability to not just craft winning narratives but have a strong presence in pitch rooms.
