About The Position

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Commercial Sales to lead our U.S. sales organization and drive continued growth and market leadership across our hearing care portfolio. This is a senior executive role with full accountability for a ~$600M revenue business, leading a team of 7–8 direct reports and an organization of approximately 185 sales professionals nationwide. As VP, Commercial Sales US, you will define and execute the commercial sales strategy across the United States, ensuring delivery of revenue, contribution margin, and market share objectives. You will play a critical role in strengthening our competitive position, building high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our commercial organization. This role requires a visionary and hands-on leader who thrives in a complex matrix environment and brings deep expertise in commercial sales leadership. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an executive who combines strategic vision with operational rigor and people leadership excellence. Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive commercial sales leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, distribution, or consumer technology.
  • Proven track record of building, developing and leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Experience selling to business owners, including independent retailers (large and small).
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
  • Ability to understand and influence customer economics and organizational impact.
  • Experience designing and implementing organizational programs and processes to enhance customer effectiveness.
  • Confident public speaker with experience presenting at conferences and executive forums.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Provide ongoing market insights and competitive intelligence to the executive team.

  • Manage the U.S. sales budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Partner on pricing strategy to maximize portfolio value and profitability.
