We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Commercial Sales to lead our U.S. sales organization and drive continued growth and market leadership across our hearing care portfolio. This is a senior executive role with full accountability for a ~$600M revenue business, leading a team of 7–8 direct reports and an organization of approximately 185 sales professionals nationwide. As VP, Commercial Sales US, you will define and execute the commercial sales strategy across the United States, ensuring delivery of revenue, contribution margin, and market share objectives. You will play a critical role in strengthening our competitive position, building high-performing teams, and shaping the future of our commercial organization. This role requires a visionary and hands-on leader who thrives in a complex matrix environment and brings deep expertise in commercial sales leadership.
