About The Position

The VP, Commercial Credit Administration Officer leads and is responsible for the Bank’s commercial credit administration team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the credit team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of commercial loan credit approvals. The officer manages and monitors team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to meet service level expectations. They assist commercial loan officers with credit analysis and credit approval packages and interact with auditors, examiners, and compliance to facilitate Bank reviews and ensure the implementation of directed changes or recommendations. Additionally, the position includes supervising, coaching, and developing staff for effectiveness and career growth, and supporting the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer with policies, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
