This role leads and is responsible for the Bank’s commercial credit administration team. The officer will oversee the daily operations of the credit team, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient processing of commercial loan credit approvals. Key responsibilities include managing and monitoring team performance for accuracy and workload capacity to meet service level expectations. The position also involves assisting commercial loan officers with credit analysis and the preparation of credit approval packages. The VP will interact with auditors, examiners, and compliance personnel to support Bank reviews and ensure that directed changes or recommendations are implemented. Furthermore, the role includes supervising, coaching, and developing staff to enhance effectiveness and career growth. The VP, Commercial Credit Administration Officer will also support the SVP, Chief Credit Administration Officer in developing policies, underwriting guidelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
