About The Position

As a VP, Client Partner, you drive client success. Providing overall direction and leadership to the Client Services team can be difficult, but your tact and good judgement when interacting with others allows you to tackle the challenge. You have the curiosity of a senior level strategist and know what it takes to manage and grow Critical Mass’ visibility and presence in client relationships. Seasoned leadership skills help you develop a strong team with high energy, morale, and dedication. And working with and managing multidisciplinary teams across offices doesn’t make you sweat. Most importantly, you are a polished professional with a structured approach to business and client services that reflects the culture and capabilities of the agency. This position is based in Nashville, Tennessee and not open to remote.

Requirements

12+ years of Client Services experience in marketing, advertising, or consulting disciplines.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Auto category experience and demonstrated understanding of CMS including AEM.
P&L Management experience.
Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations.
Strong leadership skill to motivate your team.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to react quickly, assess, and implement solutions.

Drive account growth by expanding the client base and representing the agency externally.
