About The Position

Executive accountable for treating data as a strategic enterprise asset and converting it into measurable clinical, operational, financial, and strategic value. The role defines and executes a multi‑year data, analytics, and AI strategy; establishes robust data governance and modern data architecture; and enables decision support at scale. The leader ensures responsible, ethical, and compliant use of analytics and AI and embeds data‑driven management practices across the system.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s (or doctoral) degree in Data/Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, Public Health, AI/ML, or related field preferred.
10–15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare data, analytics, and enterprise technology (including enterprise‑scale strategy and execution).
3–5+ years leading managers or senior leaders; proven ability to build and scale high‑performing teams.
Demonstrated success establishing data governance, analytics/AI platforms, and advanced analytics capabilities in complex health systems; experience partnering with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to drive measurable outcomes.

Nice To Haves

Prior service as Chief Data Officer / Chief Data & Analytics Officer / Chief Analytics & AI Officer / VP Enterprise Data & Analytics (or equivalent), ideally within multi‑state or integrated delivery networks.
Experience modernizing data infrastructure and enabling real-time analytics while maintaining rigorous security and privacy.
Exposure to mission‑driven settings where ethical frameworks inform AI and data governance.
