Start your Voyage – Overview: The Vice President of Channel Marketing, Wealth Management will play a key role in supporting the firm’s new wealth management business by developing practice management and sales enablement programs that attract new advisors and enhance the skills of existing advisors. This role will also focus on creating impactful marketing strategies and materials to strengthen brand presence and drive growth. The VP will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives. This position requires strong marketing expertise and the ability to balance advisor support with consumer-focused initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or wealth management, with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with advisors and clients.
  • Solid understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels; experience with innovative approaches preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and metrics.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for wealth management solutions that align with business objectives and reinforce Voya’s value proposition.
  • Design and implement practice management and sales enablement programs to attract new advisors and help existing advisors grow their businesses and skill sets.
  • Create marketing materials (digital, social, webinars, print) to support advisor recruitment and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with B2B, B2C, creative, and commercial teams to deliver on marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance, using insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Provide guidance and support to marketing team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and consumer behavior to ensure marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Support adoption of marketing automation tools and leverage analytics to enhance campaign execution.
