We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Carrier Relations to lead and scale SIP’s carrier partnerships across the platform. This executive-level role is responsible for building strong carrier relationships, leading contract negotiations, aligning carrier strategy with growth initiatives, and ensuring market access that supports producer success and long-term profitability. The Vice President of Carrier Relations will serve as the primary executive liaison between SIP and its carrier partners and will work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support organic growth, acquisitions, and new market expansion.
