Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of recent experience in strategy, analytics, pricing, or BI roles
• Consumer banking or fintech experience preferred
• Proven expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and data management within financial services
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with operational execution capability

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Leadership Define and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with Consumer Bank objectives
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to support strategic and operational initiatives
• Deliver executive-ready insights and narratives that influence decision-making at the highest level
• Analytics & Insights Design and implement advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor client behavior, risk, and financial performance
• Prepare presentations for executive leadership on strategic planning, product recommendations, competitor analysis, and market trends
• Innovation & Team Development Mentor and develop a team of high performing analysts
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, champion AI and machine learning use cases, and drive adoption of advanced analytics capabilities
