The Opportunity As Vice President of Branches & Business Development, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, leading the strategy, performance, and culture of our member-facing ecosystem, including: Branch Network Corporate & Business Development Community Education & Outreach Operations Support & Analytics This role is ideal for a purpose-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, service, innovation, and people leadership—someone who sees every interaction as an opportunity to deepen trust and deliver exceptional value. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of sales and/or member service experience within a financial institution
  • 5+ years of formal leadership experience with multi-team oversight
  • Proven success building customer, community, and business relationships
  • Strong working knowledge of credit union regulations and member service operations
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset paired with operational discipline and sound business judgment
  • Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise-wide strategy for our physical member delivery channels, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and an exceptional end-to-end member experience
  • Member growth, retention, and satisfaction, serving as the internal Voice of the Member
  • P&L ownership, multi-year strategic planning, financial forecasting, and sustainable growth initiatives
  • Innovation and digital integration, partnering cross-functionally to enhance omnichannel experiences
  • High-performing leaders and teams, through coaching, development, and a people-first approach
  • Community and business partnerships, including Affinity/SEG relationships and outreach initiatives
  • Data-driven decision-making, leveraging analytics, insights, and market intelligence to guide strategy
