Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a VP / Branch Manager to join the team at their Gig Harbor Branch. The ideal candidate will have a banking or credit union background and a passion for providing exceptional member service, growing relationships in the community, and coaching and developing their team. Requirements

Three years or more experience in a management role or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required, preferably in a financial institution.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Will need to obtain a NMLS license and serve as Notary Public and Signature Guarantee.
Must be bondable.
Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Notary and NMLS certifications are necessary for UA II level and higher and require US citizenship or permanent legal residency in order to be obtained as per WA State Law.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Focus on developing staff to deliver exceptional member service and provide efficient and friendly service.
Lead and support branch team to achieve individual and branch goals, while promoting credit union's image and growth in the local community.
