This position is responsible for ensuring that a Level Three Branch meets and/or exceeds its goals for production, sales and service, and member-market growth. Promotes Columbia Credit Union’s sales through service initiative and effective sales management. Develops and implements plan for staff development and leadership development. Ensures compliance with regulations and policies. Conduit for critical information between upper management, staff, and other departments within the company. Assists in advancing the strategic direction of the Credit Union. Requires availability Monday through Friday 8:30am to 6:30pm AND Saturday 8:30am to 2:00pm. This position is a full-time role and requires availability to work all locations in Clark County.
