The business is a critical pillar within the global Aramco Base Oils Affiliate Alliance and a key contributor to Motiva’s downstream portfolio. The Vice President, Base Oils & Americas Alliance Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for setting and executing the commercial strategy for a highly specialized product portfolio. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing & Sales, this role requires a dynamic leader who can integrate long-term strategic direction with near-term market execution—optimizing sales, pricing, production alignment, and logistics to maximize value. The position is also responsible for Alliance Base Oils (S-Oil, Luberef, and any future Aramco affiliates) sales in the Americas as this is an important priority for the Group and Motiva, including Valvoline supply synergies and Group value capture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in base oils production, sales, and distribution, and will be expected to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company objectives and Aramco's vision, driving initiatives for enhanced market competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable growth. Finally, stakeholder and relationship management with the Affiliates and Aramco Group are critical to the successful strategy execution.
