About The Position

We are looking for a VP of Advertising Workflow and Automation Transformation! This role focuses on strategic enablement within Revenue Operations, serving as the critical bridge between business objectives and technology execution to drive efficiency, velocity, and monetization improvements.

Requirements

  • Executive Experience : 15+ years in media/ad systems; 7+ years in senior leadership overseeing large, cross-functional technical programs.
  • Media Domain Expertise : Deep knowledge of both linear and digital ad-tech, including programmatic media. Strong process knowledge and understanding of data & process flows to diagnose bottlenecks.
  • Transformation Record : Proven ability to lead significant organizational and technological shifts (e.g., system migrations, integrating acquired tech).
  • Technology Acumen : Experience shaping and defining large-scale enterprise systems (CRM, data infrastructure), with prior technology company experience valued.

Responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation & AI Integration : Define and execute the strategy for end-to-end process automation across Ad Sales, Planning, Traffic, and Stewardship. This includes partnering with internal AI experts to strategically layer in relevant AI solutions (e.g., predictive analytics, agentic systems, etc.) to modernize workflows and enhance decision-making.
  • Driving Velocity and Unification : Drastically improve solution deployment speed and reduce system friction by optimizing cross-functional processes. Lead the charge to unify the end-user experience for Ad Operations and Sales teams to eliminate system fragmentation.
  • Business Requirements Governance : Serve as the chief orchestrator for all major Revenue Operations technology initiatives (CRM, Data Platforms, etc.). Collaborate with business experts to jointly define, organize, and prioritize requirements, co-championing delivery with business owners.
  • Monetization & Operational Efficiency : Champion initiatives that measurably improve operational efficiency and team productivity through automation and process refinement. Simultaneously ensure new technologies enhance monetization and yield across diverse endpoints.
  • Strategic Intermediation : Function as the primary strategic liaison between Revenue Operations and critical interfacing partners, including Core Sales Teams, Traffic, Finance, Billing, and Legal, ensuring seamless execution of revenue strategies.
