As the Advertising Systems and Automation Manager, you will design, optimize, and manage the operational infrastructure that supports the full advertising lifecycle across Hearst Magazines. This role sits within Advertising Revenue Operations and partners closely with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Technology, and Finance to ensure tools, workflows, and data structures are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
