Available Volunteer Roles Building & Maintenance Volunteer Perform basic repairs and maintenance in guest and staff areas, including outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Food Service Volunteer Rotate through dining duties including cleaning, dishwashing, stocking, and providing warm, helpful guest service. Gift Shop Volunteer Support merchandise preparation, display, stocking, inventory tracking, and sales while delivering excellent customer service. Guest Services Liaison Volunteer Assist with group and guest services to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and well-coordinated experience. Housekeeping Volunteer Assist with laundry, linen exchange, cleaning duties, and supply preparation to support housekeeping operations. HR Office Assistant Volunteer Provide professional and confidential administrative support to Human Resources operations. International Programs Volunteer Support the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating administrative, cultural, recreational, and daily office functions. Nordic Center Attendant (Winter Only) Assist with ski rentals, trail passes, and guest services at the Nordic Center. Philanthropy Support Volunteer Support donor engagement, mission-related communications, and serve as a guest ambassador. Program Desk Attendant / Floater Volunteer Provide guest service, register activities, and support a variety of program areas and recreation sites. Switchboard Operator Volunteer Manage property-wide communications in a fast-paced office environment while delivering excellent service.
